Haven’t seen anything posted yet on this breaking story. The CEO of United Healthcare was shot and killed in mid-town Manhattan this morning. Brian Thompson, 50 years old was shot on 6th Avenue and 54th Street around 6:45 AM. The killing appears to be targeted. There was an investor conference in NYC today.
I know TFG indicated he would be elected even if he shot someone on 5th Avenue. Perhaps he shot Mr. Thompson instead….. Have to wonder if this was done by someone who was poorly treated on coverage by UHC. I know they keep increasing the rates on my Medicare Supplemental Healthcare policy well above inflation. There was a movie about someone who took hostages in a hospital after they refused coverage for a relative.
Yet again, do we really need more guns….
